ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः।

तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं।

भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि।

धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्॥

Meaning & Significance

The Gayatri Mantra is a prayer to the divine light of the Sun God. It translates to: "We meditate upon the divine light of the Sun God, who illuminates all realms. May that divine light inspire and guide our intellect."
